<p>The cost to hire each 42&#8243; Plasma (including flight case) is £130.00 + VAT per day</p>
<p>The cost to hire the Unicol stands is £20.00 + VAT per day.</p>
<p>We also have in stock DVD players and video splitters so that the same DVD can be watched on several plasmas at the same time.</p>
<p>We are able to deliver, install and collect the plasma&#8217;s if you wished.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Due to the increased popularity of our staging hire services we have added more items to our stock. We have moved away from having Litedeck in stock and are now proud to now be able to supply Prolyte StageDex to our clients. This change has allowed us to stock a much more flexible staging solution for our clients.</p>
<p>Staging is available for both dry hire as well as wet hire (us installing it at your event).</p>
<p>Prolyte StageDex is an Aluminium framed deck that is both very light and strong. Each section is clamped to its adjoining section to make a strong, robust and level platform. The height of the stage is determined by the length of aluminium legs used.</p>
<p>We can provide staging at 300mm, 600mm and 900mm heights.</p>
<p>Once the stage has been erected we can drape one or all sides of it in a black drape (Casement), other colours are available if required.</p>
<p><strong>Our Hire prices are as follows:</strong></p>

<p>It has taken a couple of months for our customers to realise that we can now offer staging but the last month or so has seen the staging go out on jobs every weekend to a variety of different jobs.</p>
<p>This past week has seen us install 2 stages at Stapleford Park as well as one at Loughbrough University for the English Cricket Board Annual General Meeting.</p>
<p>Pictures are attached of the 2 stages at Stapleford Park.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In December we were asked by a client if we could provide a stage for their event being held at David Lloyd in Narborough. Staging was always a product that we had considered purchasing in the past and now that we had a confiirmed booking for it we took the plunge and purchased some.</p>
<p>As with all of the products that we add to our stock we went for the best staging on the market, its called Lite Deck and is now the industry standard and used all over the world.</p>
<p>LiteDeck is an Aluminium framed deck that is both very light and strong. Each section is bolted to its adjoining section to make a strong, robust and level platform. The height of the stage is determined by the length of aluminium legs used.</p>
<p>The staging is available to hire in a variety of different shapes and sizes, the most popular being an 8ft x 4ft section. We typically use this and add smaller decks to it to create the size of stage that suits your needs.</p>
<p>Lite Deck is extremely versatile, we are able to make it as high or as low as you wish, we typically use 1ft, 2ft, 1m and 4ft legs. If you are having a high stage we can also provide handrails.</p>
<p>Our staging is typically used for catwalks, for the top table at a wedding reception, for school productions and at car dealerships to raise up cars.</p>
<p>The stage is available to hire directly from us, it is very staright forward to set up and so can be dry hired by our clients if they prefer.</p>
<p>Once the stage has been erected we can drape one or all sides of it in a black drape (other colours are available at an additional cost).</p>
<p>The picture below shows four 8ft x 4ft stage decks bolted together.</p>

<p>These are 7m, 13m and 23m in length and 1m wide.</p>
<p>When they arrived I was extremely impressed with the quality of them, they really are well made and look fantastic at the events where we have used them so far.</p>
<p>We are happy to take these all over the country but if you are only looking to hire a Red Carpet and are not in the Midlands you would be better off finding a local supplier.</p>
<p>In terms of the cost the carpets are actually very good value for money, they cost to hire a 7m x 1m Red Carpet for example is only £50.00 + VAT.</p>
<p>We are also just about to order some red ropes and chrome posts which we can place either side of the Red Carpet for that ultimate VIP look. These are going to cost £30.00 + VAT per set for a 1.5m length.</p>
<p>Below is a picture of our 13m x 1m Red Carpet being used at the Royal Armories in Leeds and below that is a 7m x 1m being used at David Lloyd Leisure Centre in Leicester.</p>

<p>Its been ages since I had a spare 5 minutes to write something for the blog so I thought I would just do a quick post to let people know that we are still alive. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wedding Fayres are a great way for you, our prospective customers, to come and meet us face to face, see what products and services we are able to provide and to pick our brains as to what we think will and wont look good at your venue.</p>
<p>Throughout the year we participate at a handful of wedding fayres these are normally either at venues where we are a preferred supplier or are being organised by another wedding related company that we work closely with.</p>
<p>Next Sunday (7th November) you will be able to find us at the Eve Lilly wedding fayre which is being held at Shearsby Bath (Leicestershire). We have worked closely with Nicola (the MD of Eve Lilly) since the company started earlier on last year. </p>
<p>Nicola has an eye for detail and a &#8216;can do&#8217; attitude for her clients which makes her one of a few wedding professionals that we are proud to be associated with.</p>
<p>The fayre is running from 11-5 and has 16 different suppliers in attendance. We will be providing both a white and a black starlit dance floor, our brand new Starlit LED Tables an ivory starcloth and LED Uplighters.</p>
<p>We will also be taking the iPad which is full of pictures from past events and so if you are a after some inspiration I&#8217;m sure that we will have a picture which shows aspects of a venues decor which you wish to replicate.</p>

<p>These are produced by the same company that make our extremely popular starlit dance floors and we are extremely confident that these tables are going to be the next big thing to hit the wedding scene, in the same way that the dance floors really took off in 2010.</p>
<p>The starlit LED tables are round and 6ft in diameter and so big enough to comfortably sit 10 people round it (a maximum of 12).</p>
<p>Built into the top of each table are white LED&#8217;s, these are controlled by a wireless hand held controller and have 6 speeds as well as all on (static) or all off.</p>
<p>The same controller that controls the LED tables also controls our starlit dance floors and so it is possible for the starlit tables and starlit dance floors to be in sync, this can work really well at a wedding reception where the tables and dance floor come to life for the bride and grooms first dance.</p>
<p>When a table cloth is placed over the table the LED&#8217;s shine through, the LED&#8217;s even shine through plates!!</p>
<p>The starlit tables are battery operated (so no need to be trailing wires across the venue), the battery has a life span of 15 hours and so will last the duration of pretty much every event!</p>

<p>This price includes delivery, installation and collection of the tables within a 50 mile radius of Leicester (LE3). Additional miles are charged at £2.00 + VAT each.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After weeks of research and looking into different products we now have the perfect way to light the outside of your venue to give it a wow factor.</p>
<p>We have been providing LED uplighting / mood lighting across the UK for 3 years now and I have been waiting for an affordable and effective way of lighting the outside of the venue too. We are now able to do this and I have to be biased and admit that it looks absolutely amazing!</p>
<p>Our first booking for this new service was for a drinks reception at <a href="http://debenhamhollandpark.co.uk/" target="_blank">Debenham House, Holland Park, London</a>, we were booked from 6pm &#8211; 8:30pm (which ended up being 9pm as it over ran which wanst a problem at all). The client asked us to light the venue in purple which we did.</p>

<p>The cost to hire these lights is not as much as you might imagine, as an introductory rate we are offering them at £30 each + VAT and delivery. We used 6 units on the above job, if you require more however that isnt a problem at all.</p>
